Welcome to image-archive.org.  On the following pages you'll find a collection of programs mostly centered around scientific imaging. Many of those programs are available as plugins to ImageJ, a very powerful java based Image Analysis  framework. Most of the ImageJ plugins found here are also referenced at the ImageJ homepage and at the community effort ImageJ documentaiton wiki. Nevertheless, image-archive.org beholds the most actual information about these plugins and is considered the main development base. One of the most successful plugins found here is the LSM_Reader and its successor the LSM_Toolbox.
